Equipoise (2009)

As an artist of the abstract, I relish the challenge of creating interesting art from simple shapes.
Equipoise is an outstanding composition of geometric forms.
It's simply a rough square placed between bits of parabola.
Plus some subtle shading and flecking.
Somehow the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
This would look fabulous on an office wall.
